The solution is water soluble, easily digestible, which helps to accumulate energy and glycogen reserves.
Administration: 10g (2 measures) / 1 liter of drinking water. It is administered 2-3 days before the competition.
Do not use on boarding day.
Note: upon returning from the competition is administered 1-2 for quick recovery.
